hello!!! I would like to have a pass without the bloom effect (bloom being rendered in a pass)... but the virtue pass, which seems to correspond to this, is rendered much darker than the beauty... how can I do this?

Hi there @celmar,
Please consider that bloom and glare effects are/must be added on top of the base layer. That said, it could be also a perception issue.
As @lollolo already asked, could you please provide additional info about this (also include as many screenshots as needed)
Looking forward to hearing from you.

thank you for your answers!   I save currently in tga, as of course image sequence... then open in after effects...  the bloom pass is ok, but the virtue is really darker...
