An attempt to achieve realism
I feel there is something wrong and I would like help to improve it

Hi,

The render already looks very good.
I would just recommend using highlight compression and increasing it to 3 - 4 or higher. You will see what it does and you should like the effect/results it will give.

As is usually always the case, the scene is let down by the fabrics and also vegetation.  Focus on improving those shaders/materials.  Also make sure nothing is floating i.e. the dressing table stool.

There's something funky going on with the window/door on the right.  Whats the dark stripey bit below the door, and why is the handle so low?
