Does this mean you have an open or ongoing ticket? If so what is the number please so work isn't duplicated in suggesting things you've already tried. Also with crashes, the minidump is a huge help, and maybe that is attached to the ticket too? If not, can one be shared there, or here?

I checked your conversation with Arpit from our team through the support ticket, and I am afraid we will not be able to suggest anything else than what has already been said.

Please provide us with at least one minidump file (preferably 3 or more) generated from the crash. Here is how to do it: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/articles/4649117083409-How-to-report-issues-3ds-Max

Please share your minidump files in your support ticket. By analyzing the minidump files we should be able to at least tell what exactly is causing the crash.

I just tried this on my end (3ds Max 2024, Corona 11) and I am not able to reproduce this either.

After our detailed investigation, we found out that the issue was not caused by the Corona. The problem seems to be linked to the graphics card drivers, as it's also causing material preview crashes with Arnold in 3ds Max. I've updated our report with the new findings for our devs. Meanwhile, I suggest contacting both Autodesk and Nvidia and providing them with the relevant error codes and details for further assistance.

After i updated the Arnold problem is solved. Also i made Memtest,Blender Benchmark and Cinebench tests, everthings seems okay. The problem is occurring only with Corona Renderer.

You can see the test results below.

I found the answer. Underclock my CPU from 5.5 to 5.0. That what is causing all the crashes. I9 13900 series have a similar problem(Random Apps and Games) for soo many people.
