When activating trial in 3ds max I am sent to a Chaos page. I choose the student option. I fill in the fields: "What is your field of study?", "What is your university's name?", "Your phone number". And I receive the following message "You already have activated a trial on this account." I have never activated a Corona trial. I would be very grateful if someone could help me.

For anything licensing related, to get it to the correct team please open a ticket using https://support.chaos.com/requests/new - in that ticket, let them know the email associated with the Chaos account you are trying to assign the trial to.
