Corona mix converted to Composite
Hi,
Its possible to add more map entries to corona mix (each one with his own mix input value)? so it will be pretty using corona solution for composite and not using composite map of 3dsmax. I now that we have compostie for this purpose, but it got no sene using corona mix riht now having composite to do the same, so is preferible to keep inside corona universe and use corona mix in all situations.
Thanks.

Re: Corona mix converted to Composite
Hi,
It is absolutely possible.
You mix (with any blending mode) two nodes with CoronaMix - think if this as the first two layers - then you connect the result into another CoronaMix and add another, 3rd, layer, and so on.

Let's move this topic, shall we?
Re: Corona mix converted to Composite
Hi Aram,
Users were requesting to have option to blend more than two layers in one Corona mix node since its introduction. Nesting multiple mix nodes is an option of course, but it's much less convenient and leads to unnecessary complicated, hard to read shader trees. This limitation is the main reason why i often chose to use inferior Max composite node instead of Corona mix. +1 to the request.

Re: Corona mix converted to Composite
Ok sorry,
the keywords in the first sentence - "Its possible to add
more map entries
to
corona mix
(each one with his own
mix
input value) - made me think if the original question was related to if it is possible to add CoronaMix to CoronaMix :)
Sure thing, having CoronaMix with multiple inputs (like already implemented additional inputs in some Corona maps), each with its own blending mode will be the best solution.
I will see if the request can be pushed on the "prioritizing ladder".
