Architecture from brazilian offices Comandule Arquitetura + Vieira Arquitetura.
Visualized from brazilian studio Oceano Arquitetura.

“[...] The house is immersed in a green strip, which is, in fact, the entire property. The pool, separated from the main structure, becomes an extension of the house. Its perimeter is defined by sharp lines, highlighting human intervention, while its interior is marked by parallel lines. The pergola acts as a link between the two opposite capsules, with columns converging towards the center of the pool, forming an almost rectangular area at its core. [...] In Porto Feliz, the Casa na Ybirá leaves behind any reference to the "machine for living" evoked by modernism and presents itself as a sensory machine, where nature, light, shadows, and the constant, infinite sound of the forest become the fundamental elements of the design." Text from the office.

Hi can you tell me how you do these plants?

In general for any scene featuring plants like this, it is either Chaos Scatter (included with Corona) or Forest Pack (a separate third party purchase), which are tools to copy and place plants, rocks, etc. throughout a scene. Then either Chaos Cosmos or other assets are used for the plants, rocks, etc. for the tools to scatter around. This will be the answer to almost all the places you have asked this ;)
