Hello everyone

Since hours, I am trying to get corona renderer with 3ds max to work. I had the student license for some years and now bought a normal license.
Corona seems active and is shown under my products and my licenses. But it does not show in the License server, and for this reason, I can't start the rendering process.

I tested it on another PC, I downloaded the License Server, installed it, a window popped up and I was able to log in. This workstation shows online in the license server. But when trying the same in my main workstation where I need it to work, I download the license server but no window pops up to log in. Therefore, it doesn't show online in the license server. I am not able to make it work or anything.

Ticket is already open (154853), maybe someone here could help, since I have deadlines and would appreciate a hint.

I see that the case is already being handled in the ticket and you should see the reply.
Be sure that it will be troubleshooted in the best and quickest way via the ticket.

Usually such issues are related to browser cache. Tech support colleagues will proceed with you.
In such cases, opening a ticket will work faster for the resolution than reporting in the forums, which is absolutely fine too.
