In this project, I have created a stunning rooftop living area with a mesmerizing city view. The focal point of the space is a sleek billiard table, adding a touch of entertainment To enhance the opulence, I have used a mix of marble and parquet flooring, creating a beautiful contrast. The space is bathed in artificial light , the full-height windows that offer panoramic views. The luxurious feel is heightened with the use of mirrors on the ceiling and walls, creating an illusion of grandeur and spaciousness. This 3D visualization project exudes elegance and offers a perfect blend of comfort and style.

I may be wrong, or it may be some kind of illusion, but I think something is wrong with reflections or refractions. For example here https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=40459.0;attach=185376;image the environment visible in the windows which are reflected in the ceiling look object-mapped instead of environment-mapped.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I appreciate your attention to detail and your observations regarding the reflections and refractions in the scene.

In the specific example you mentioned, I want to provide you with some insights into the materials and techniques I used.

For the mirror material, I opted for a two-faced approach. One side of the mirror is a glass material with refraction and a noise map in the bump channel, to mimic the imperfections found in real-life mirrors. On the other side, I utilized a reflective mirror material with an index of refraction (IOR) of 24, prioritizing accuracy.

I am always open to feedback to continuously improve my skills and techniques.

If you have any further suggestions to improve please let me know.

Best regards,
