"The terrain is located in a totally exclusive context, for it’s access is necessary to cross a bridge over a generous lake, which, like an island, surround almost the entire terrain. The neighbors are located only in the back side, and the other ones shows a wide view allowing a great sense of isolation, bringing a unique privacy and amplifying the integration with nature. The plan has a well-defined sector, service areas are close to the garage connected to the kitchen, with a "hidden" connection to the other rooms. A large closed corridor articulates the programs, so the circulation flows have a certain order, bringing more comfort for all uses at different times, showing that the house is ready to meet any need of its residents."
