I'm trying to achieve a photorealistic quality. Unfortunately, I can't get past this cartoon-like quality.
I welcome all criticism

Your renders are perfect! All buildings have perfectly straight and sharp corners. Every surface is perfectly painted without smallest stain. The manicured lawn is perfectly uniform in colour. Everything's ideal, clients must be happy, i have no idea why are you complaining ;]
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

I'm not entirely sure that sarcasm will translate well for the OP.

But yes, try chamfering edges. Add reflections, slight imperfections in materials, bump maps, don't use a single colour for the diffuse node but a real-world texture. Add some bloom+glare. Make sure your greenery has translucency.

Most importantly, keep trying.
