Hi everyone! I'd like to know if there's a way around to correct these artifacts. The sss material uses refraction. and that shadow on the nuts is bothering me. Please Help! Thanks in advance

Hi,

I have a few questions:

1. What version of Corona and 3ds Max you are using?
2. What does your material setup look like? (Post some screenshots along with a short description)

Hi, thanks for the reply. I am using 3ds Max 2022 and Corona 9. Please find attached the screenshots of the materials(I used coronalegacymtl, but tried with physical and got the same result).
Maybe it's not a material problem, its geometry related... i don't know. Please advise.
Thanks

Hi,

First of all, I would suggest you always use the latest version of Corona as if there was any such bug in the past, it is possible that it may already have been fixed in the latest version which is Corona 9 HF 1. You can download the latest version from here: https://corona-renderer.com/download

It's difficult to pinpoint the cause of the issue without checking the scene. Therefore, it would be best if you could contact us through our support ticket system and send us your scene for a quick investigation. This will allow us to better understand the problem.
