Hi guys

With exterior scenes, sometimes the IR takes so long to start up - up to 30 seconds or so.  Where as in other heavy exterior scenes its just a few seconds.  Is there a way to find out what the culprit is?  does the sofware generate a txt file that shows what its calculating?  this would be so helpful.

Some specs:
Using latest dailies
CPU 3970x Ryzen
256gb ram6
3080ti.

The best solution is to send us a scene which is rendering/parsing unexpectedly slowly and we will be able to look into it. There are some ways to check what is going on "under the hood", but if it's related to Corona, only our devs are able to check it because this requires having access to special files which we are not sharing publicly.

You can submit a ticket and attach your scene here: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If you are using some 3rd party plugins, this would be my first guess. :)
