Hello, I have a problem with opacity.
When I render, objects with opacity clip other objects or block other objects even though they are underneath. How do i fix this?

Here is the viewport, how it should look.

Here is rendered image where a part of the chain to the cross has disappeared and where the paper block lower part of the cross.

Check your objects positions in ortho side view. What you see in perspective viewport is not necessary an accurate representation of objects Z order. If orthographic view shows that the cross is above the sheet of paper, then check if that paper's material has displacement. Displacement can have significant impact on object's shape in render, which can lead to paper clipping the cross.
