Matteo here, I've been a Corona user for two years. This is my first post on the forum, so before I illustrate my problem let me congratulate your efficient support team, I already solved many issues before actually joining the community.
Two days ago my coworker tried to render a scene through the DRServer intending to distribute the job between his workstation an mine, but we found out that my pc doesn't seem to be able to connect. This only happens when my collegue's workstation act as master and mine as slave, but if I'm the one who starts the render everything works fine as it ever happened until two days ago.
For completeness of information, internet connection works fine for both us.
We already tried to launch the render with our firewalls turned off, I renamed the ENU folder and we also unlocked the camera viewport on the Max Render Setup in the rendered scene as previously suggested on this forum (since it seems to be an unusual but efficient way to solve some DRServer issues).
Current software versions installed on both our machines:
- 3DS Max 2023.3
- Corona 9 Hotfix 1
