Hi!

I'm using a gobo texture in opacity map of a plane material to cast some shadows on my scene but can't figure out a way for it not to show up in reflections.
Tried using Switcher Textmap, doesn't work, tried removing it in object properties. As soon as i turn off show up in reflection it doesn't cast shadow anymore.

Any workarounds or is my only option to render scene in two passes ?

Yes but in my case i have the texture above the building and it doesn't work that way, reflection still shows up in the window glass.

And if i leave the reflect slot empty in rayswitcher i don't ge the shadow from it.

I think it would be faster if you could attach problematic scene for support team to look at it. If the scene is not to be shared publicly, you can send it via Chaos support portal by opening a ticket here: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Just don't forget to reference this topic, so the team would know what issue they're investigating.
