I am trying to achieve the same quality as in the attachment. It is 4k resolution and took too long to complete. Can someone suggest me a balanced rendering setting (noise level, pass limit, etc) or some other tips to speed up the rendering?
My PC has 11th gen i7 processor and 32GB of ram.
Thank you.

There's no magic settings. If the scene doesn't have objective issues, then pretty much the only way to significantly reduce render time is to render it on better pc (or render farm), and/or sacrifice the quality - render fewer passes and use denoiser to reduce noise, simplify materials, reduce usage of displacement and bump maps, etc.

In your attached example i would check albedo values - those cabinets and ceiling look very bright.

What can I do about the bright ceiling and cabinets? I am fairly new here and still learning. Thank you very much for helping me. And what can be a tolerable noise level in general?

You can read about albedo in Chaos help portal: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/articles/4528323859601-What-is-Albedo-

Regarding the noise, it is subjective thing and it's up to you to decide what noise level looks acceptable to you. Also it's worth noting that different scenes will show different level of perceivable noise. 3% reported noise level may still look too much in interior with big flat walls, while in exterior with lots of grass and small details, 5% or even 7% may look totally fine.
