Hello,

I have an issue with rendering a certain scene with Corona Renderer 8.
Whenever I run the camera it is showing me an Error or dialogue box “Renderer Exception” [Abort Renderer ] and then turning off.
In the beginning of the my work everything was all fine but then something went wrong even I did a few renders.

I have tried render a complete different scene it’s work absolutely fine.

What could be cause this problem?

Many thanks in advance!!!

Probably need to send us the scene - support.chaos.com/requests/new and it can be privately attached there.

PS also, what version of Max, and which version of Corona 8, always have to have that info along with any report :)

Hello,
Yes, you are so right to make things more clear. I am using 3DS MAX 2020 - Corona Renderer 8 ( hotfix 2).
However I did find the solution of my problem, so all good.

Resolve this issue by resetting settings - Render Settings > Scene > Reset Settings and it works.

So, thank you anyway!
Appreciate your time…

Good to hear you got it fixed! That is always a useful step if things seem super strange, and especially if it is a scene from an older version of Corona too as there could be background info or data structures that are all-change in the newer Corona. Thanks for letting us know it is fixed, and the steps that fixed it for you :)
