Hi there,
I am creatin an interior scene where I needed a side table. I added one in dwg file and converted it with crona converter. However while rendering the scene it doesn't show the edges of the oak block.

I am not sure how to solve this.

I attached two photos showing object before preview and it's outcome in corona vfb.
I'd appreciate your suggestions.

It's hard to tell what's going on from this blurry photo taken at an angle, could you take a regular screenshot from your pc instead of taking photo of the screen with the phone next time please?

As for the actual issue, could it be that you are using displacement on that object?

You're welcome! For the future, if you don't want that displacement would tear holes in a mesh, make sure that it is welded, i.e. do not have open edges.
