I like the whole image, especially the label, but despite this sensation of seeing a bottle frozen in a block of ice, the ice itself is barely visible, it is probably intended to look this way, but I would experiment with making it reflect something, changing background or making it slightly distort the bottle behind it. Maybe. :)
