Hi Team Corona,

Great work on the update loving all the new features and the post has never been easier. Currently we are in the middle of rendering out some animation and we noticed that the CoronaImageBatch is taking up a license slot and we can only do 2 at a time since we have only 2 workstation licenses. Is that an intended feature?

Regards,
Kiril - Vertex Design

Hi, just to understand your report better: you mean that the batch Corona Image Editor is taking one license of the Corona Image Editor, right? You don't mean that CIE is taking one of your Corona licenses, so that it is limiting your Corona activations?

Hi Maru,

We normally use this Batch tool i think was provided from you to apply a postprocess and an after denoiser to all of our rendered animations. We used 5 of our servers that run a DR license before to achieve this since they have the better processors and 5>2 when it comes to workload. Now when we try to engage all 5 at the same time we keep getting that the image editor needs a regular license to operate and we can only do it on 2 at a time.

I hope i was more clear this time.

Hi,

I also stumbled upon another issue and that is when i have multiple cameras in different folders but rooted in same partent:
Cameras-> cam1; cam2; cam3

If i place a Postprocess.conf to each of the folders with the adjusted settings for its respective cam(1,2,3) at the same time and i start the batching it will sometimes do as in the picture posted. It will probably take a Postprocess.conf from another cam folder and apply it to the process its batching currently. This goes away if i do them one by one and i have only one Postprocess.conf in the folders while im doing the batching. Scratch that it sometimes just skips tonemaping altogether and i can't find a solution to it. Never was an issue with Corona 7

licensing issues - moved to support ticket #36741 (since it requires checking some of the licensing details)

That's strange. You should get an email with a link to your ticket and you should be able to access it.
Can you try signing in here first https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us and if that is impossible, try creating a new account using the same email address as here on the forum?

User stopped responding in the support ticket, but we have some issues related to CIE and post processing logged, so we will keep investigating.
