My IR is on second monitor, full screen 1920x1080.
I often save IR.
Excluding window frames and menu on top, measured rendered image dimensions are 1818x1014.

However, IR window header says: 1362x766. It also saves in 1362x766 (after using Save button and when using CoronaRenderer.saveAllElements)
How can I fix this?

Hi, you can navigate to your Render Setup (F10) > System Tab > System Settings, and in in Interactive Rendering section make sure your "Image upscaling factor" is set as 1.0, this should reset your IR resolution at defaults. If you wish to render at higher resolutions I would suggest you use Production rendering instead.
