Corona Bitmap can't load any images,jpg or png or hdri

Thanks a lot for help me!

When I create a CoronaBitmap node, it will not automatically pop up a window to load picture.

When I take a picture into CoronaBitMap, I click the button of "Load map", it didn't respond at all !!!

When I convert a 3ds max Bitmap or Vray Bitmap with pictures (normally shown in the small preview image) to Corona Bitmap, Corona Bitmap immediately displays black, and the pictures in this node are discarded to a place I don't know.

However CR6.2 / CR 7.1, It's all the same question...So maybe it's my computer's problem or 3ds max 2021's problem ...

But 3ds bitmap & Vray bitmap is okey.

Region is Hongkong, Language is  Chinese, Win10

Another same language computer is fine, It bothers me.
