Interactive rendering and Interactive viewport very unstable V8 RC1

Hard to pinpoint exactly what it is but I think I'm going to have to uninstall v8 RC1. The IR stalls forcing C4d to crash, sometimes, the render region marque stops showing.
(I'm using a Forester multi cloner but even dropping the clone count and hiding everything else in the scene it's not playing nicely – switching on/ off elements I the MultiCloner crashes it too)
