Hi there,

We're having issues with Chaos Scatter causing an "incorrect file strucure" error and bricking C4D files. The files we are working on can be saved without problem but can not be opened once closed. The error occurs in different versions of Cinema 4D (R25 and R19) and can be 'fixed' by making a new Chaos Scatter object and deleting the old one from the file.

We are using the latest daily build of Corona 8 on Windows 10.

Same here on C4D R25 with Mac OS Mojave latest available build. After using corona Scatter or some Cosmos assets I can't reopen the file in previous versions of C4D and it appears the "Incorrect File Structure".

Same here.

Posted in another thread the other day because the issue seemed similar..
I'm currently using Scatters for a project with a thight deadline, I suppose it's best to redo everything and sticking to clones for the time being? :(

I was really happy with the scatters until this "incorrect file strucure" hit me hard, in the face, multiple times.
Win 10, R25.117, Corona 8
