Polygon Reduction + Dynamics Body. CinemaR19

Hi! I'm new at Cinema4d. When I apply the Dynamics Body after Polygon Reduction it does crazy stuff... At the moment I can't find any solutions. The only thing that I read is to make a Cage arround the object, if that's the only way is shi*!!! It makes more sense to have a newer version instead?
