I have a current scene that seems to crash when rendering, but strangely it seems to crash at a random point during the rendering process. It is a heavy scene but has been rendering okay until now.

Is anyone able to look at the minidump and tell me what could possibly be causing the issue. Im wary of it being hardware but I normally find if the scene is just to heavy that it crashes during the initial stages not just during render passes.

Any help would be apppreciated

I am using the latest corona version and 3ds max 2022.

After looking at the crash dump it listed the atmospheric shader as the culprit. I have since turned of atmoshpheric affect on the corona sky and it has rendered fine. Seems an odd thing to crash a render half way through however?

Hi,

Please can you be specific with which Corona version, v7 HF1 or a v8 daily build?

Would you be able to send the scene over and we can investigate it?
