https://www.behance.net/gallery/131177553/Guest-villa-in-KareliaThe building is designed in a modernist style, the architectural composition is dominated by concise, simple geometric shapes, forming a single-storey building volume with a flat roof. This is done in such a way as to organise a closed, private courtyard space in the form of a circle. The main rooms of the villa, with panoramic energy-efficient glazing, are oriented towards the courtyard: the kitchen/dining room, the living room and the two bedrooms.
A shaded canopy with barbecue area is integrated into the overall volume of the building and is an integral part of the architectural composition.
