Hi guys, it's my first time posting here and very new to using Corona and doing renders in general so I do apologize if I'm posting in the wrong place or missing information.

At the moment I'm doing composites on a 360 panoramic image and using the shadow catcher to create some shadows to add a bit of realism. As seen in the photo (just did a quick one to show you what I mean), you can clearly see where I put the shadow catcher and it looks wrong. I'm certain I'm using it incorrectly and maybe I'm expecting a bit much, so maybe if someone can guide me in the right direction, I would really appreciate that.

Please let me know if you need more information.
