yes. Check caustics in CoronaMtl and set max sample intensity to 0. Long rendertimes may occur.

Actually, Keymaster forgot to mention that for Accurate caustics you also need to use Bidir engine with VCM enabled. Progressive engine does not support complex caustics (can not render it in acceptable time).

but progressive can render caustic from soft lights, just increase the MSI

well, VCM is not really production ready. It will be improved, but it will take a lot of time.
