Hello.  There is a global problem in the animation of night scenes.  On all night renders, there is a loss of some of the visible light sources.  Because of this, flickering occurs on the animation.  Perhaps there is a solution.  For understanding, I load in turn three frames and scene settings. noise level 7 - denoising 0.65   Max2020  Corona 6  windows10  AMD Threadripper 1950x  64gb, ram

The images are only 162 pixels wide, it's hard to know what they are showing. Can you upload larger size images please?

We definitely need more information. Are you using LightMix here? How many passes you are rendering per frame?
This could be an expected effect. For example, when there are very small reflections (sub-pixel size), this kind of fireflies may appear and there are various solutions to this, including:
- rendering for much longer time
- using highlight clamping option (System tab)
- using denoising with "remove fireflies" option
...

But first it would be great to understand better what exactly we are dealing with. :)
