Hello!

I have a really wierd problem.

While I'm changing frames in time slider - my scene freezing.
I have a pretty huge exterior scene - about 72 mill. polys. I tried many methods to solve this problem from reinstall 3ds max to clean all anim keys etc. Nothing works. Only merging my scene (save selected all from layers) in new clean file works. I think this bug heppens when my scene crushes and I re-open it or use auto backup.

But I noticed that when I open this buged scene without Corona Renderer - frames chanses without freezing scene. I'm work in Crona Renderer 6 Hotfix1 but also tried 7 version with last daily build.

Maybe someone have similar issue or have an idea about this problem?

Thanks in advance to all who tries to help me!

Thanks for reporting this. Can you please contact us about this at https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new with:
- a minidump generated from the freeze / crash - here is how to capture it: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000524006
- the scene itself (you can upload it here and tell us what was the file name) - https://corona-renderer.com/upload )
- a list of plugins and any other details that come to your mind
We will reply you ASAP through our support portal, and will ask you some more questions if needed.

Thanks in advance!

Everything is possible. :)
But ideally we will need to reproduce the issue. And for this we need to get the scene file (or at least a part of it where the issue can be replicated). Otherwise it's just guesswork.

Ok, got it! I will make a copy of this scene after deadline and try to cause a problem and will send you max file. Thank you!

Can you please clarify if you are using heavy custom material libraries within your material editor?

If Quixel Bridge Megascans materials are heavy - then yes... Also I am working in slate material editor.
