Displacement map issues.
Hello guys,
I'm already working on a new scene with this lovely alpha v6 :) and for this scene I need to use the displace (first time with corona).
And ... well
I have saw that it's better to use the " Screen size " instead of " World size " and the material is on a plane.
The tiling of my diffuse and displace map are the same but I don't understand why I have this result. Did I miss something ? :s

Re: Displacement map issues.
The problem is not the displace map, but your usage.
Try:
Displacement screen size=2 / Max subdiv=500
in material, max level=1cm
Increase the poly subdivision of your plane
show us the result ;)

Ok,
I can say it's change but not perfect. :)
I didn't saw the displacement parameters in the material. ^^
Thanks !
I can work on it !

Let's move this topic, shall we?
Re: Displacement map issues.
To get better results with displacement, make sure you use at least 16bit image as displacement map. Full float would be even better. Also, you can try to reduce screen size (px) a little bit, but be careful, as you can easily run out of memory.
