I really love the mood of the project.
Can you share the wall paint material used here?
Also, what type of lighting have you used here?
If HDR, can you please share the link.

Hi, I am glad that you like it.
The wall material is fairly simple using textures from: https://www.sigerstudio.eu/
The light setup is just Corona sun+ Sky with plane lights few cm outside of windows, I created light mix render element and played with lights a little bit for each render. Also I am using value of 0.75 Kim Amland's photographic LUTs.
