Do you get warning messages from Corona about low RAM situation? Could you open task manager during rendering and take screenshot of its performance tab?

Actually I don't get any warning about RAM, here's a sc of Task Manager and render procces, In my scene I have 3 corona lights inside the house and 7 corona street lights outside, I created a group of the inside lights and a group of outside lights, so in the light mix tab I need only Enviroment light, group 1 (for inside lights) and group 2 (for outside lights), I don't now why there are so many layers there, I also deleted render elements, I chose only enviroment, interactive light, beauty and alpha but when I render they are more than 4 render elements.

Your RAM is full and there is high disk usage. This is clear sign that your machine is running out of RAM, although it's strange that Corona doesn't show warning. Anyway, i think you should delete all lightmix layers and manually add only those that you need.
