Hi everyone!
I encountered a problem in alpha 6.
My test scene in alpha 6 is low contrast and other colors :(
The picture looks worse. It is a bag, feature or settings?
I did not change settings. And render with the same settings in alpha 6.

Please help advice.

Were you using contrast in corona postproduction tab? It got reworked in A6, so it is possible you need to re-adjust your contrast settings
Rendering is magic. How to get minidumps for crashed/frozen 3ds Max | Sorry for short replies, brief responses = more time to develop Corona ;)

Could this be gamma difference?

No, gamma the same (2.2).

Yes. But if I insrease contrast to 4.8 in A6, colors is very different.
My settings

increased contrast to 4.8 in alpha 6

Colors in alpha 6 are not accurate. And the situation does not change white balance :(

Can you please try to render scene in Both A5 and A6 with contrast set to 1.0?

Not problem. Result with contrast=1

I try merge scene in alpha 6, but the result is not changed.
Leaf are not corrected color (texture leaf has other colors). Wood on the floor is acid yellow color in A6.
A5 is the same colors in vray. A6 is distorts colors.

Corona now uses different colorspace. So rest of the color deviation will probably be due to that...

Because the result is not reliable.

The new result should be more reliable. Just tweak materials and color correct textures to match the old output. Or tweak white balance a little...  :)

If it is lit with a CoronaSun then the colorspace could make the difference. You can try rendering a simple green constant-colored version to be sure it is not a material issue

I think in new version Corona all materials need to be recreated. I'll check this. I realized that the new version A6 has increased brightness ies.

But what I have noticed that the new version has changed refract. And I don't know where it is properly.
Nevertheless I like refract in A5.

I also migrated to v6, and noticed changed bump values, same scene - and bump looks crazy overpowered.

I found problem in A6. Сolors distorted when we using portals in A6. In A5 with portal colors is lovely.
I will show an example:

Without portal in A6 result is much better and colors have an wide range as compared to the A5.
