Hey,

as you can see my Viewport started to show strange Artefacts, im not sure what I did when it started to happen... already tried to deactivate OpenGL preview, but It didn't help.

That looks like overlapping (coplanar) geometry (where sometimes it decides to display the surface from one object, other times the other surface). By overlapping, I mean where the surface of one object is exactly in the same place as the surface of another object - it's fine if one object protrudes into another.

oh, ok... is there any way to find the parts wich cause the trouble?

You can test to find out if it is the cause by moving one of the two potentially overlapping pieces of geometry, and seeing if the effect goes away :)
