Hi,

Which version of Corona are you trying to load?

Thanks,

Here are some troubleshooting steps you may try:

- Install NET Framework 4.8 - https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48
- Install Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 - https://www.microsoft.com/pl-pl/download/details.aspx?id=48145
- Fully update your Windows and then restart your computer (use the regular Windows Update option; if you are using Windows 7 or 8, the best solution is upgrading to Windows 10)
- Fully update your 3ds Max. The easiest method is using the Autodesk Desktop App, which will do it for you automatically.
- Uninstall Corona Renderer from the Windows "Programs" list. Then check for any leftovers in your 3ds Max installation folder (the list of files can be found here: How to install Corona Renderer manually using the "unpack files" option?). Then remove C:\Program Files\Corona folder. Then remove C:\Users\_username_\AppData\Local\CoronaRenderer folder. Then install Corona Renderer 5 again.
- Rename your 3ds Max ENU folder - https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Resetting-3ds-Max-3ds-Max-Design.html

If none of the above helped, please let me know and I will provide you with further steps.
