Very Nice Alex is always difficult to visualise a kitchen.
Could you expain how did you set the lights?

Thanks guys. Well first off, my client wanted to visualize the kitchen with actual paint colors and rendered in the style of HOME MAGAZINE style shot. Similar to this:

(picture wasnt used for inspiration, just happen to find it)

Anyhow, then I used IES based lighting which you can find just about anywhere on the web. You can use these:

Not the actual ones I used, I just found them and should of used these, they are much nicer!.

For the glass light material you can find it on this thread. Its Blown Glass, I opened a topic and got some pointers from friends here.

for render settings they are pretty much default PT+HD. The environment is lit by HDR CGsource (sky) and 9 lights as explained above.

I left my machine rendering over night and some hours. Total  Like 8 hrs. But you get good results at around 2hrs at the resolution.
