Hello i wonder if theres any way to check what object(s) or lights are increasing the render times. It would be really helpful so we could focus on improving those particular objects instead having to check the entire scene. Thanks

Only by disabling them and enabling things in a consistent manner to identify what contributes most to render times. You can use render elements to look into things like direct vs indirect lighting too.

You can add sampling focus render element and try to read the information from it. The objects which require more samples (whiter on sampling focus RE), will likely cause render to last longer.

The problem here is that you don't actually know what causes issues before you hit render. So you don't know it when working with the scene, in the viewport.
We have some similar ideas logged in our internal tracker - i.e. "Add more detail to the pre-rendering time breakdown", which would allow you to see which parts of the scene are affecting the pre-rendering time most. (displacement? scatters? proxies? materials?)

Yea that would be a good starting point, but if you can calculate the sum of all those breakdowns (displacement. Proxies etc) couldn't u just give the single numbers? Thanks for your attention
