Hello guys, these two upholstery materials are a huge trend now, but I can not find any good materials or way how to simulate them - I am a noob haha. I guess displacement may work for the boucle?  Any help is welcome.  Thank you.

Detailed displacement is a good idea. I would then try adding some SSS to simulate the "fuzziness". The material will be tricky to set up anyway. :)
Here is a tutorial on various SSS properties: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000039649

For the 1st pic I suggest to use some hair plugins such as ornatrix, especially for close-ups (pay attention to the clump parameter in particular), for the 2nd its just a displacement, in any case, it is not such a complex material as velvet that reacts correctly to light))
