I feel that max crashes quite often when using an instanced HDR in Coronas Environment slot.

Though maybe the error only occures on my machine... !?

Instancing from the material editor to the environment slot works here.

Instancing works fine, but after doing several renders with several HDRIs max just likes crashing :). Maybe it´s due to false adobption from the material editor (refresh).

If I remember correctly this (display error) also happens within the material edior, when instancing slots. I think someone already posted a topic on this one.

Can you provide a scene, and/or a directions how to reproduce the crash (with the newest build)?
