License help - Too many activations???

Hi,

Sunday I re-subbed my corona fair saas or whats it called any when trying to activate it I got an error saying I used it too much on one pc???
I contacted support, Twice yet no response.

Can a mod or someone help me? Honestly I'm kinda baffled i still havent heard from the support.

So please??? I can't do much right now...
