Help to block light to go through a refract material

Hello,

I'm working on a scene which have a lot of lights.
I want to block lights to go through the windows (refraction material), because I've already many interior lights inside the building, I don't want the exterior light to go through the refract materials.

Is there's any option for lights or for refract material to block the lights from passing through the windows?
