Hi,
ever since I switched to corona 5, when I add objects to the content browser,
the thumbnails are like clay models without color or textures, sometimes partially, which is not so practical when you add various colour variants.

I was wondering if anyone else have had this problem,
and also if it is good/better behaviour in corona 6
(which I don't use yet because not yet supported by renderfarm)

in the attachment I (needless) marked objects added with corona 5, other colored ones were added in corona 4
Corona materials add correctly,

thanks for any help

Hi, This is no doubt a little odd. Are you able to share a model with us for further testing? If so, please use the private uploader here: https://corona-renderer.com/upload

just forwarded one of the chairs as 1590493595_CB-1.zip

I also tried replacing the materials/textures with a basic colour material, because I thought it was maybe related to layers or fusion shaders, but that had same result...

Yes, I have the same in Corona 5.
In addition, I already wrote about a similar problem  (the screenshot shows that some c4d-previews are discolored).

Hi guys, can you also test this with the V6 daily build and let me know the outcome? What versions of Cinema are you using also?

I'm using R19 at the moment and have also R21 installed with same issue.

Although I can't use it for production (unsupported at renderfarm) I will try this with corona 6 on both

@beanzvision,

I tried installing the daily build corona 6 from 29-5-2020 on my R21 version... without succes. Still grey preview in content browser.
also removing prefs folder in R21 doesn't help.

However, just installed S22 (basic, no UI changes, presets or plugins) with corona 6 latest build 29-5-2020 and thumbs worked there as expected!

FYI my system is a win10 dual xeon E5-2698 v4 (20core) - 128GB ECCRAM - GTX1080 (most recent driver)
