Hi. I am a bit confused about those solvers.
For indoor-scenes I should use which solver as #1 and which as #2?
For scenes where I have some small thing and I use HDRI - I should use which solver as #1 and which as #2?
And will changing these make renderings finish faster?

Request: Particle rendering with motion blur. Particles work with Mesher - MB not supported.
Big thanks to the developers! Dont want to use MRay or iRay anymore :)

Im no expert, so I wont tell you what is #1 and #2 best, but for unbiased renders PT + PT with 0 is the "ultimate" setting. PT+HD works fine for me at interiors as HD is working similar to LC.

Yes you will get your render faster in proper setting, but if the render goes slower its usualy more accurate.
In my personal experience the key in Corona is balance.

I think that Particles will come along with Hair & Fur, have a nice day.

interiors: PT+HD (= primary + secondary)
exteriors: PT+PT

fast, very biased results: PT + none, or none + none

other combinations of solvers are there mostly just for legacy reasons

I've used HD+HD for a exterior

Is this not good?

I saw a small artifact (similar to what vray can produce) in the video, I'll post it as soon as I have a bit of time so you can see what I'm talking about.
But so far I'm very happy with that combination, other small problem are small sparks in the glass borders.

To advance my times, in a 2600k at 4.2 when rendering, I get 8-10min / frame at 1920x1080, very good times for that quality.

Cheers.
