I have found this one:

- create new corona material (with a unique name)
- assign it to 2 objects (obj1 and obj2)
- create new corona material (with different name and specs)
- assign it to obj2
3dsmax gives you Replace window material about replacing material. Why? They are both different materials.
There are no problems in rendering, just showing this Replace Window in Slate material.

3dsmax 2012 SAP1.
BR!

Thanks for reporting.

We will look into it. We have not tested Slate Material editor much. Any chance you could resort to using compact material editor temporarily when using Corona?

Anyway, if everything goes well it should be fixed in a next build, which should be released within a few weeks. (Will include a lot of new stuff)

Great!
And some sort of documentation or help will be great! Even in early Alpha version :)

Thanks!

I've tried replicating the bug in Max 2013, and failed. Does it still happen with newer Corona builds?
Rendering is magic. How to get minidumps for crashed/frozen 3ds Max | Sorry for short replies, brief responses = more time to develop Corona ;)
