Sorry, I don't fully understand the question. I am not sure what you mean by "and keep it unckecked for now." and "If I check it, this won't happen? " - not sure what you are checking? The Color Correct doesn't really have any checkboxes (e.g. it has ones for using Temperature, or inverting colors, but that doesn't sound like what you would be referring to).
I am also not sure what you mean by "When I run IR again after moving objects," - what part does the moving objects play in the results? Does something different happen if you don't move objects?
You also mention adjusting values in the VFB Tone Mapping, but later say the Tone Mapping in the VFB is unchecked - so adjusting VFB Tone Mapping wouldn't do anything, if it is unchecked in the VFB?
And lastly, I am not sure what you are wanting to achieve. Do you want a background image which stays the same brightness regardless of adjusting exposure etc. in the VFB? (If so, that's the Tone Map control, not the Color Correct).

Could be worthwhile sharing some renders, or even a video of the workflow, along with a description of what you want to happen. Thanks!
