hello!!! is it a way to work in CMYK, in Corona?   I 'am rendering a vehicle in a color, with text on it, very "sensitive" when turning in CMYK in photoshop the render, so it would be handy to see directly in Corona the result in quadri!...

No. And I wouldn't recommend trying either. Its like asking a camera to take pictures in CMYK.
Better to make up the render with masks for the problem text area so you can colour correct in post
