Hey there,

I'm evaluating the demo for the first time today. It's been going great.

However I seem to have hit some bug where I'll initiate the VPF or the Interactive Preview and it'll go black, and I can tell the program is freezing up. If I wait long enough, maybe over a minute, it may kick it and start working.

However, the weird thing is, if I render with picture viewer/render view (the cinema 4D stock ones), with Corona selected as my render, that works immediately.

My temp work around is using the interactive preview but it's obviously not nearly as instant or robust as Corona's.

More info would be good, e.g. the scene, an example render of the scene so we can see what kind of scene you are working with, maybe screengrabs so we can see if there is some visual difference depending on which viewer you render from; if you can't send the scene, seeing the render settings could be useful (e.g. is UHD Cache enabled? Is there a message if you use the Corona VFB about what Corona is doing at the time?). See https://help.c4d.corona-renderer.com/support/solutions/articles/12000033461-how-to-report-issues-c4d which has the kind of info that would be useful, and links to the private uploader for sending in the scene, and so on.

Thanks!

Hi and thanks for reporting your issues. I just want to add - is this happening in any scene or only in a specific one?
