I gues hes using an hdri on a dome light to control the rotation of the sky?

I have tested vray dome light with HDRI in Alpha 5 some time ago and it doesn't work.

As you can see works, I surprised myself! Not very good quality but it works, I continue to test it! (sorry for my english, I'm a citizen of Ukraine)
